Pelican Beach Resorts and Conference Center features condo rentals that combine relaxed elegance with refined southern charm. Towering an impressive 19 stories above the beach, this property offers some of the most spectacular views on the Emerald Coast! Guests can enjoy a choice of three pools, a spa, fitness center, conference center, poolside bar, deli, tennis courts, covered garage parking, game center, laundry facilities, outdoor grills, activities for children, and much, much more! This property has a three night minimum stay requirement. For guests with reservations between March 22 and April 27, a $300 security deposit plus an amenity fee of $5 for each day of the reservation are payable upon arrival. The deposit and amenity fees may be paid by cash, personal check, money order or traveler's check. The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit or unpaid balances. Pelican Beach Resorts does not rent to any persons under the age of 25 years unless they are accommpanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Between March 22 and April 27, the ratio in each reservation must be at least 1(one) parent/guardian or responsible adult to every two(2) underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision of their children. During the spring break period of March 22 through April 27, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only.
